Delmarvanow.com reports that Worcester County Public Schools is currently phasing in the Common Core mathematics standards. In the classroom, students will begin to notice some key changes in mathematics instruction. "Despite the inevitable growing pains for learners and teachers during the transition, in the end, students will be able to successfully apply their mathematics knowledge in many types of real-world problems."
